财联社8月9日电，申联生物公告，公司与上海建毅腾创生物医药科技有限公司（简称“腾创生物”）签署《战略合作协议》及《投资协议》。双方将在宠物治疗类、预防类、诊断类生物制品等领域全面开展深入合作。同时，公司将以现金出资投资参股腾创生物，成为腾创生物的重要参股股东。
