为进一步提高配租型保障房分配效率，切实解决居民住房困难需求，8月8日，兰州新区城投集团置业公司在瑞岭雍和郡营销中心组织开展云居阁21号楼二单元配租型保障房选房活动。此次配租房源共60套，其中二室一厅20套、一室一厅40套，共有35户家庭选到了心仪房型。
