财联社8月5日电，深圳市房地产中介协会发布的2024年第31周周报显示，上周（7月29日—8月4日），深圳市二手房（含自助）录得1061套，环比增长1.2%。二手房交易量止跌回升，分析可能与7月22日房贷利率再次下调正相关，周交易量能否持续保持千套以上还有待持续观察。根据公开在售二手房源量数据统计，2024年8月5日，全市共有63010套有效二手房源在售，较上周增加77套，小幅回升。
