富春环保8月5日公告，公司拟以自有资金2.41亿元向公司持股5%以上股东浙江富春江通信集团有限公司下属全资子公司浙江富春江联合控股集团有限公司购买富煦永通大厦6-25层塔楼和地下车位150个作为公司总部办公用房使用。本次交易构成关联交易，不构成重大资产重组。
