8月1日，深圳市医保局宣布，正式开通线上医保个人账户购药服务。目前，该服务已覆盖深圳市全市400余家药店。
线上医保买药与常规买药流程基本一致，在支付环节增加了“医保支付”的选项。参保群众可通过多种渠道使用该项服务，如美团等第三方平台，进入“看病买药”栏目，选购有“医保”标识的药品，填写信息后选择“医保支付”，通过实名认证绑定医保账户完成支付。
