会上，集团行政总裁卢韦柏表示，租务什么时候恢复，很难预判，目前希望在第四季度重新看到增长的势头。
集团董事长陈文博表示，与集团合作的品牌，年初的看法是觉得到下半年会有起色。而目前已经到年中，他们的看法是可能到第四季度，或者直到明年才会有好的消息。
