7月29日，随着台风“格美”的消散，武汉天朗气清，高颜值天空中白云朵朵，天空如同漫画一般，只是气温也是一路高歌。
俗话说：“夏有三伏，热在中伏。”目前正值中伏，气象专家建议多喝水，多吃“苦味”食物，补充足够的蛋白质，不要过度贪凉，保持积极乐观的心态。
