IT之家 7 月 27 日消息，微软于 7 月 25 日更新 Windows 11 健康页面，承认 7 月累积更新 KB5040442 会导致 Windows 11 设备开机进入 BitLocker 恢复界面。
KB5040442 是强制性安全更新，Windows 11 设备会自动下载和安装该更新，用户只能延后安装。
根据部分用户反馈，安装该安全更新之后，Windows 11 设备重启后无法正常进入桌面，会进入 Bitlocker 恢复屏幕界面。
根据微软官方显示的信息，该问题主要影响启用了设备加密（Device Encryption）的设备，而 Windows 11 系统默认禁用该选项。
