台风“格美”给福建省宁德市带来大风大雨，沿海乡镇干部坚守一线，加强巡查，防范人员私自出海。
不断增大的雨量也是下一步防范重点。据宁德市气象部门预报，从25日到26日，宁德市将出现明显降水，过程累计雨量250～400毫米，局部可达600毫米。
