格隆汇7月25日｜俄罗斯副总理诺瓦克表示，俄罗斯不打算禁止柴油出口，形势稳定。诺瓦克表示，俄罗斯没有计划采取额外措施使高辛烷值的Ai-95汽油供应正常化，并补充称，供应困难是暂时的。在过去的一个半月里，由于炼油厂的维护和高需求导致该品级的短缺，Ai-95汽油的批发价格上涨了约44%，接近历史最高水平。
