据微友提供的信息，今天凌晨4点多，一骑电动三轮的男子在其位于玉峰路一级路口中国石油旁（德国马牌）轮胎店门口偷走数条旧轮胎。据该微友描述，一共被偷了3次，有18条左右，关键是洪洞还有其他轮胎店也被偷过，就最近一两个月的时间吧。
