财联社7月23日电，据中国贸易救济信息网，美国国际贸易委员会（ITC）22日发布公告称，对特定便携式启动电池及其组件(III)（Certain Portable Battery Jump Starters and Components Thereof (III)，调查编码：337-TA-1360）作出337部分终裁：经过对最终初裁（FID）的部分复审，确认本案不存在侵权并终止本案调查。
