证券时报e公司讯，北京发布消息，7月20日，京津塘高速（天津段）改扩建工程首个软基处理试验段开工，京津塘高速改扩建工程正式进入实体施工阶段。改扩建工程建成后，京津塘高速将通过塘沽西互通立交，与正在建设的天津兴港高速联通，方便天津港货物集疏运，充分发挥“京津滨发展轴”辐射带动作用，为承接北京非首都功能转移、支撑天津港建设世界一流港口发挥交通先行作用
