财联社7月14日电，根据北京市住建委公布的最新数据，6月27日到7月10日这两周北京市二手住宅网签量为8004套，较政策出台前两周增长超过7%；北京市新建商品住宅网签量为2666套，相较政策出台前两周增长超过40%。特别是新政发布后的首个周末，6月29日到30日这两天，北京市共成交720套新房，比新政前的最后一个周末增长240%。
