7月10日消息，俄罗斯国家航天集团公司总经理鲍里索夫表示，俄罗斯将在2026年开启卫星流水线生产。鲍里索夫指出，俄航天集团重新审议了生产计划所需费用，估计为600亿卢布。
据鲍里索夫介绍，项目计划分两阶段实施：第一阶段将于2026年完成，第二阶段将于2028年完成。第一颗卫星预计将在2026年下线。
