观点网讯：7月9日，市场消息显示，香港山顶种植道46号4幢洋房以11亿港元全数售出，成为撤辣后最大单一成交。
该豪宅项目由何氏家族持有，每幢洋房实用面积介于4060至4432平方呎，配备私家花园、泳池等设施，平均呎价约64759港元。
据悉，何氏家族在香港拥有多项高端物业，今年初还通过财务公司以高息借得8500万港元短期贷款。
