重庆市水利局和重庆市气象局联合发布中小河流涨水风险提示，预计7月8日20时—11日20时，22个区县部分中小河流有涨水风险。
风险高：开州、云阳、奉节、城口、巫溪。
风险较高：合川、垫江、梁平、忠县、万州、巫山。
有一定风险：沙坪坝、北碚、高新区、潼南、铜梁、大足、南川、长寿、涪陵、丰都、石柱。
