智通财经APP讯，世纪建业(00079)公布，于2024年7月3日及4日，公司经其全资附属公司于市场上出售总数合共7.746万股中电股份，售价为每股中电股份约港币 64.25 元，出售所得款项总额约港币497.7万元(不包括交易成本)，集团预计确认溢利约港币8.9万元。出售事项后，该集团不再持有任何中电股份。
