6月27日，菜鸟与淘宝香港站宣布，从6月27日起，淘宝香港站超过26亿件商品将提供直送香港“时效承诺达”保障。凡带有“HK X日达”标识的淘宝商品（X日指当日24：00前），用户只要选择使用菜鸟“直运快捷”的物流方式，均可得到确定的时效保障。此外，假如未在承诺时效内完成订单配送，菜鸟还将以物流红包的形式向用户赔付跨境段物流运费。
