6月23日开始，小浪底水利枢纽开始向下游应急抗旱调水，最大下泄流量达到4500立方米每秒，持续5天之后下泄流量由4000立方米每秒逐步压减至2000立方米每秒左右。6月25日，本次黄河大流量水头已经抵达山东济南段，泺口水文站的流量已经达到1880立方米每秒，比月初的304立方米每秒增加了1576立方米每秒。
