5月8日，邯郸复兴区人民政府发布征收土地补偿安置公告，拟征收彭家寨乡后百家社区位于人民路以北、小西环以东、先锋路以南、西百家街以西的土地10.5663公顷（约158亩），依照规划进行医疗卫生用地、文化用地、城镇村道路用地建设。补偿价格为300万元/公顷(20万元/亩)，补偿总价为3169.89万元。
