网约车生活讯（文/彭小伟）5月30日，长春一位小伙乘出租车时，车费为11.6元，出租车司机要求收12元。
小伙认为司机多收取了费用，司机则表示四舍五入是长春市的规矩，可以问长春当地人。
5月31日下午，吉林省12328交通运输服务监督热工作人员表示，根据长发改收费联【2019】465号文件，计价里程费最终是按四舍五入收取，如果是11.6元，确实按照12元收取。
