The Notice clearly states that registered residence residents with two or more minor children in the city can purchase one more house in Yantian District, Bao'an District (excluding Xin'an Street and Xixiang Street), Longgang District, Longhua District, Pingshan District, Guangming District and Dapeng New District on the basis of implementing the existing housing purchase restriction policy.
According to the Notice, enterprises and institutions that have been established for at least one year, accumulated tax payments of RMB 1 million in this city, and 10 or more employees can purchase commercial housing in Yantian District, Bao'an District (excluding Xin'an Street and Xixiang Street), Longgang District, Longhua District, Pingshan District, Guangming District, and Dapeng New District to meet the needs of employee housing.
The Notice emphasizes the support for real estate development enterprises and related real estate intermediaries with development projects in this city to carry out the work of "receiving old for new" and "exchanging old for new" for commercial housing. For real estate development enterprises that implement the "old for new" policy, the purchase of the old house by the replacement person is not subject to the restrictions of this city's policies on purchasing houses by legal entities such as enterprises, institutions, and social organizations. The Municipal Housing Provident Fund Management Center will provide convenient services for housing transactions, optimize the process of transferring commercial housing with collateral, and enhance the convenience of real estate transactions.
The Notice has optimized the housing purchase restriction policy for staff in Shenzhen and families with registered residence of many children in some areas, adjusted the policy for eligible enterprises and institutions to purchase commercial housing in some areas, further improved the convenience of real estate transactions, which is conducive to better meeting the rigid housing needs of residents and diversified improved housing needs, and promoting the steady and healthy development of the real estate market in our city.
