仁烁光能5月2日发布消息，近日，经国家光伏产业计量测试中心认证，仁烁光能研发的30cm*40cm尺寸钙钛矿单结组件稳态效率再次突破世界纪录至20.86%，孔径面积为927.5c㎡，组件效率在测试时间内无任何衰减。此效率为目前已报道同尺寸钙钛矿组件的最高稳态效率，再度刷新了仁烁光能于2024年1月实现的20.1%稳态效率世界纪录。
