据林德气体官微，近日，林德宣布完成对烟台市飞鸢特种气体有限公司的收购及业务整合。此次收购使林德包装气业务在山东地区实现进一步拓展。林德也将以烟台为起点，将包装气业务从胶东半岛辐射到整个山东地区。
