据光大集团官微，4月6日，光大集团旗下光大环境在越南承天顺化省投资建设运营的垃圾发电项目竣工，越南政府总理范明政出席竣工仪式。位于承天顺化省香水市的顺化项目，占地面积约11公顷，总投资额约7455万美元，目前每年可处理生活垃圾约22万吨，年上网绿色电量约8000万度。
