此前，1月29日，香港法官指定安迈顾问董事总经理Edward Simon Middleton和黄咏诗担任恒大清盘人。据悉，相关律师将调查可能导致恒大债务违约的公司、管理层及外部顾问的不当行为和疏忽证据。相关消息由路透社引用消息人士报道。
