2月23日，长沙市自然资源和规划局发布了《2024年拟出让住宅用地第一次清单》的公告，计划首批出让36宗含住宅地块，总面积约2972.5亩。36宗含住宅地块中，有27宗纯住宅地块，9宗为商住混合用地。从分布区域看，湘江新区18宗，占了一半；开福区5宗、雨花区4宗、芙蓉区4宗、望城区3宗，天心区1宗、会展片区1宗。
