2月26日消息，知情人士透露，博通已暂停安全软件业务Carbon Black的出售进程。包括债务在内，该公司的价值可能在10亿美元左右。
博通一直在寻求出售Carbon Black及其终端用户计算部门（EUC）。26日早些时候，KKR宣布与博通签署最终协议，收购其终端用户计算部门，交易价值约为40亿美元。（彭博）
