买不到返程票不能上班算旷工吗？专家表示，春节假期满后，劳动者应及时返岗属于基本规则。如果因为无法购买到车票不能返程，劳动者应及时请假，以便用人单位做好工作安排。如果未能及时请假，可能会构成旷工。劳动者若已穷尽合理购票手段，依然无法购买返程票，用人单位应当准予事假，而不能拒绝请假，计算为旷工，否则将构成管理权限滥用。
