荷兰光刻机制造商阿斯麦（ASML）当地时间2月9日在阿斯麦的荷兰总部首次展出一台新型“High NA EUV”光刻机。该公司称，这款设备耗资3.5亿美元，主要面向英特尔等高端半导体制造商。阿斯麦预计今年将出货一部分，但在定制和安装方面仍有工作要做。
