据MacRumors报道，苹果本周向其授权服务商发布内部备忘录，确认部分Apple Watch Series 9和Apple Watch Ultra 2存在触控问题，并表示正在积极调查。备忘录中写道，部分用户报告他们的Apple Watch Series 9或Ultra 2屏幕出现误触，也有人将其描述为“幽灵触控（ghost touch）”。据苹果公司称，受影响的设备屏幕可能会无故跳动或出现其他异常行为，甚至自动拨打电话以及阻止用户输入密码。苹果建议用户保持Apple Watch软件更新，这表明该问题有望在未来的watchOS更新中解决。
