亚太药业2月7日公告，因工作调整原因，黄小明申请辞去公司总经理职务，辞去上述职务后，黄小明仍继续担任公司董事、董事会薪酬与考核委员会委员、董事会战略决策委员会委员职务。
公司董事会同意聘任岑建维担任公司总经理，免去其副总经理职务，任期自本次董事会通过之日起至第七届董事会任期届满之日止。
