沃格光电2月7日公告，拟以现金8573万元收购湖北天门高新投资开发集团有限公司所持有的湖北通格微电路科技有限公司（简称“湖北通格微”）70%的股权。本次收购前，湖北通格微为公司持股30%的参股公司，本次收购完成后，公司将持有湖北通格微100%的股权。
