奥特维近期在接受调研时表示，目前封测端设备为公司半导体设备领域的重心，公司在封测端的主要设备为铝线键合机、划片机、装片机、AOI设备等。2023年公司划片机设备仍处于客户端验证阶段；铝线键合机和AOI设备主要以小规模订单为主。
