方正电机1月26日公告，公司拟在上海市安亭镇设立子公司方德智驱（上海）机电科技有限公司，投资建设“方正电机上海研发及制造总部”，项目预计投资5亿元，其中固定资产投资4亿元，流动资金1亿元。
项目拟建设2万余平米的研发及制造总部大楼，同时建设现代化的高端新能源电驱技术及前瞻性产品研发中心、高精密控制器单元的生产制造中心、企业运营中心。
