天眼查App显示，1月19日，戴尔（中国）有限公司发生工商变更，张耀华卸任法定代表人、董事长、总经理，均由Dongmei Wu接任。该公司成立于1997年12月，注册资本2680万美元，由DELL ASIA HOLDINGS PTE.LTD全资持股。
2023年11月，戴尔全球资深副总裁吴冬梅在接受界面新闻采访时，否认市场上有关戴尔供应链将撤离中国的消息。
