ST金时1月23日公告，为加快推进控股子公司四川金时新能科技有限公司（简称金时新能）超级电容项目的投产进程，公司拟以自有资金的方式向金时新能增资，本次增资价格为1.5元/注册资本，增资总额为2000万元，其中1333.33万元计入金时新能的注册资本，666.67万元计入资本公积。本次增资完成后，金时新能的注册资本由3240万元增加至4573.33万元。
