1月22日消息，知情人士称，索尼集团已正式通知印度媒体网络公司Zee Entertainment，计划终止其印度子公司与Zee之间的合并。
据悉，索尼22日早些时候向Zee发出终止函，预计将在晚些时候向交易所披露。信件显示，索尼终止交易的原因是合并协议的条件未得到满足。（彭博）
