兴证国际1月18日晚间在港交所公告，蔡军政为能投入更多时间及精力于其他业务，已辞任公司执行董事及行政总裁，自2024年1月18日起生效。董事会进一步宣布，执行董事张春娟由2024年1月18日起接替蔡军政担任公司行政总裁。
