1月17日，据《香港经济日报》报道，内地火锅品牌新京熹以每月约35万港元租下中环士丹利街一间6000平方英尺店铺，较前租户的租金回调40%。报道指出，近一个多月，已有4家内地餐饮品牌落实来港开首店。
