1月11日，预计北京今天晴间多云，北转南风2、3级，最高气温10℃。近日，北京公布2024年的小客车指标，配额共10万个，其中，普通小客车即“油车”有2万个，新能源小客车即“电车”有8万个。和去年相比，油车额度明显下降，去年油车和电车的比例为3:7，而今年为2:8。
