12月18日，中山市住房公积金管理中心发布关于实施住房公积金直付房租支持政策的通知，明确缴存人及配偶、未成年子女在本市行政区域内均无自有产权住房且租房自住的，租赁房屋属于保障房、安居房、人才房等住房保障项目且已在市公积金中心登记备案的，可申请将本人住房公积金按月提取转入出租人指定账户用于支付租金。
