12月4日至12月8日期间，深圳市控烟办联合辖区公安、市场监管、城管、卫生监督等执法部门在福田区组织开展5场专项控烟督查行动。
12月8日15时40分，专项控烟督查组一行来到福田区新华保险大厦开展控烟督查，现场发觉3烟民在写字楼内楼道违法吸烟，执法人员现场要求吸烟者灭烟，并对吸烟者进行宣导和教育，根据《控烟条例》，现场对吸烟者进行处罚，各罚款50元。
