12月3日，2023年全国中学生数学奥林匹克竞赛（决赛）正式落下帷幕，本届决赛共678名学生参加，共产出229枚金牌（金牌前60名进入国家集训队）、302枚银牌、146枚铜牌。金银牌相较2022年共增加119枚。
