11月29日，据公众号“唐山公积金”消息，自2023年12月1日起，在符合还贷能力要求的前提下，二孩缴存职工家庭最高贷款额度由可额外最高增加10万元上调为20万元、三孩缴存职工家庭由可额外最高增加20万元上调至30万元。
按照规定，政策调整日之前已受理的住房公积金贷款业务，仍执行原二孩三孩家庭购房贷款政策。
