抚顺特钢官微10月25日消息，近日，抚顺特钢研发的高品质大型压铸模具钢FS438、LDC-i产品成功应用于奇瑞汽车股份有限公司开发的全球首套无框式快换量产模具。据了解，奇瑞汽车全球首套无框式快换量产模具采用框芯一体式模芯设计，通过低速、低压、低温差等领先工艺，首次实现国产高端模具材料寿命向15万模次冲刺，使模具及材料成本较行业下降40%。
