10月1日，杭州第19届亚运会跳水男子双人10米跳台比赛，中国组合杨昊/练俊杰夺得金牌。
中国组合杨昊/练俊杰得到492.63分，比第二名的韩国组合多了接近105分。马来西亚组合拿到了第三名。
这是中国跳水队本届赛事的第四枚金牌，也是中国代表团的第122枚金牌。
