正义网记者9月28日从最高人民检察院获悉,辽宁省本溪市政协原主席孙旭东(正厅级)涉嫌挪用公款、受贿一案,由辽宁省监察委员会调查终结,移送检察机关审查起诉。经辽宁省人民检察院指定管辖,由铁岭市人民检察院审查起诉。日前,铁岭市人民检察院依法以涉嫌挪用公款罪、受贿罪对孙旭东作出逮捕决定。该案正在进一步办理中。
