【财华社讯】兴合控股(01891.HK)公布，于2023年9月7日获悉，公司控股股东5SHoldingsBVILimited已同意购买，而四名个人("卖方")已同意出售合共1亿股公司普通股，占公司已发行股本总额10%，价格为每股股份0.16港元。于收购事项完成后，5SHoldings持有的公司普通股已增加至441,680,000股股份，占公司已发行股本总额的44.17%。
